Senior Research Associate in Health Policy

Join the University of Toronto's Integrated Primary Care Systems Lab and impact primary care policy. As a Senior Research Associate, you'll oversee evaluations and lead knowledge translation efforts.

In this role led by Dr. Monica Aggarwal, you will be responsible for designing and leading research evaluations aligned with health policy goals. Your work will help generate evidence for primary care reform locally and internationally. Candidates should have a PhD and relevant research experience, particularly in mixed-methods project designs and evaluation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Initiate and manage comprehensive primary care evaluations

• Prepare ethics applications for research studies

• Design and analyze surveys and interviews

• Supervise and mentor research staff for effective outcomes

• Co-author scientific manuscripts for publication

Requirements:

• PhD in relevant health research discipline

• 2-4 years post-PhD research experience

• Strong publication history in primary care

• Expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methods

• Familiarity with policy stakeholders in healthcare
