Contribute to groundbreaking brain connectivity research with CAMH as a full-time Research Analyst. Drive project success using R, engage in software development, and support peer-reviewed validation studies.
The Laboratory of Behavioural Neuroendocrinology at CAMH is seeking a contract Research Analyst for six months. This role requires a blend of research experience and strong programming skills in R, focusing on the Consensus
ConnectR application. Collaborate closely with the Principal Investigator and project team to meet scientific objectives and maintain ethical standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support version control and maintain organized project backups
• Implement graph-theoretic network measures for analysis
• Optimize software for multiple imaging modalities
• Coordinate project meetings and user testing efforts
• Document software features and contribute to publications
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in relevant fields like bioinformatics
• At least one year of relevant research experience
• Proficiency in R and experience with R Shiny
• Familiarity with imaging data analysis principles
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail
