This full-time position involves developing diagnostic devices that utilize aptamer chemistry. The successful candidate will have a PhD and hands-on experience with aptamer synthesis, characterization, and optimization, particularly in a commercial setting. You will enhance public access to molecular diagnostics by applying advanced techniques to facilitate the growth of aptamer-related products.
Key Responsibilities:
• Synthesize and enhance aptamer oligonucleotides' properties
• Utilize various techniques for aptamer sequence optimization
• Develop scalable protocols for aptamer production
• Engage in collaboration for the commercialization of products
• Design experiments independently to meet project objectives
Requirements:
• PhD with focus on aptamer chemistry
• Proficiency in SELEX and optimization techniques
• Practical experience with diagnostic assay development
• Understanding of GMP quality control practices
• Strong publication record and data analysis skills
