As the lead for research and evaluation, your role will involve designing and implementing innovative evaluation frameworks. You'll work collaboratively with Indigenous and community organizations to foster an inclusive approach to evaluation. A significant part of your responsibilities will be training external partners and building the evaluation capacity of the organization and its networks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and enhance evaluation strategies yearly
• Align evaluations with organization’s mission and values
• Train community partners on evaluation methods
• Create evaluation templates and tools
• Analyze survey results and produce comprehensive reports
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of evaluation experience in non-profits
• Strong understanding of participatory evaluation methods
• Proven skills in report writing and data analysis
• Comfort with digital management tools
• Dedication to equity and cultural competence
