As an Expert Archaeologist, you will lead archaeological work along critical transportation corridors. This role requires 7 to 10 years of expertise in managing cultural heritage within complex projects. Your duties will include coordinating assessments, interfacing with regulatory bodies, and advising teams on heritage matters while promoting awareness through public initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead comprehensive cultural heritage assessments
• Manage Stage 1–4 archaeological work effectively
• Develop scopes and schedules related to your expertise
• Coordinate preventive excavations and surveys
• Communicate findings with the public and stakeholders
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in archaeology or related field
• 7 to 10 years of professional experience in archaeological work
• Knowledge of legal and regulatory frameworks
• Proficiency in GIS and report writing
• Strong initiative and problem-solving abilities
