Join the DAN Women & Babies Program as a Qualitative Research Assistant at Sunnybrook Research Institute. Focus on thematic analysis and manuscript writing to impact neonatal healthcare.
The ideal candidate will support a qualitative research team in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. Working closely with the Principal Investigator, you will conduct phenomenological thematic analyses of interviews, compile research findings, and contribute to manuscript writing. This role requires enthusiasm and a solid background in qualitative research methods.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thematic analysis of qualitive interview transcripts
• Write up and document research findings clearly
• Contribute effectively to manuscript writing efforts
Requirements:
• Minimum bachelor’s degree in a health-related field
• 2+ years experience as a research assistant in qualitative research
• Strong familiarity with phenomenological approach in healthcare
• Proficient in MS Office applications with strong interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of ICH-GCP and Health Canada regulations
