In this position, you will utilize your expertise in Indigenous research paradigms to drive policy evaluations and planning initiatives. Collaborating with various stakeholders, you’ll gather and analyze data that informs essential program developments. Your strategic insights and innovative dissemination methods will support advocacy efforts aimed at Indigenous issues, enhancing community engagement and representation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive program evaluations within the sector
• Monitor data integrity for effective evaluation methodologies
• Develop visual reports to summarize key findings
• Lead workshops to deliver training on evaluation methods
• Facilitate community engagement through field visits
Requirements:
• Degree in social sciences or relevant field
• Minimum of three years’ research experience with Indigenous groups
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Ability to analyze both qualitative and quantitative data
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Lead research initiatives that prioritize Indigenous community voices and needs in policy and program evaluation.
