Hybrid Quantitative Research Associate

This 8-month hybrid contract with a respected health policy organization allows you to lead quantitative research initiatives and support evidence-based decision-making. You will engage in mixed methods studies, applying statistical methods such as regression analysis using tools like R/RStudio or SPSS. Your contributions will significantly impact public policy and health planning in Ontario.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead quantitative analyses using large population-level datasets
• Apply statistical methods, including regression analysis
• Integrate quantitative findings with qualitative research evidence
• Conduct literature reviews and support policy development
• Translate findings into reports and visual presentations
Requirements:
• 3+ years of research experience with a Master’s degree
• Strong quantitative skills in statistical analysis and data management
• Proficiency in R/RStudio; SPSS experience welcomed
• Familiarity with mixed methods and health equity concepts
• Excellent communication of complex findings
