As a Research Associate at UHN, you will play a pivotal role in evaluating health technologies. Your responsibilities will include executing technology evaluation studies, conducting qualitative research like interviews and focus groups, and facilitating data collection of various kinds. You'll also be involved in data integrity and project management, contributing significantly to grant applications and research publications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute technology evaluation studies using TAM frameworks

• Conduct qualitative interviews and ethnographic observations

• Support quantitative survey collection and analyses

• Design and maintain surveys in REDCap

• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in a relevant field

• Minimum 2 years in qualitative health research

• Experience with data collection tools in REDCap

• Strong qualitative analysis skills

• Ability to manage multiple research projects
