Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all elements within the research team

• Oversee the Priority Intelligence Requirements cycle

• Open and close investigations using analytical insights

• Maintain product quality for outgoing research outputs

• Coordinate prioritization based on emerging threats

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in intelligence or security research

• 3 years management experience with small teams

• Strong analytical judgment in a fluid threat landscape

• Excellent written communication and reporting skills

• Familiarity with OSINT methods and evidence handling
