Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement qualitative research studies with participants

• Conduct semi-structured interviews and analyze findings

• Collaborate on technology evaluation using various frameworks

• Maintain data integrity and governance throughout research processes

• Prepare research materials for publication and dissemination

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Health Services Research or related field

• At least 2 years of qualitative research experience

• Skills in REDCap for survey design and implementation

• Knowledge of human factors and user experience principles

• Strong organizational and communication abilities
