Position: Full-Time Customer Research Intern
Join OLG as a Customer Research Intern in Sault Ste. Marie or Toronto to develop your analytical skills. Gather data insights and contribute to meaningful market research projects from September to December 2026.

This full-time internship will immerse you in a dynamic environment where you’ll organize research findings and analyze data from prototypes. If you're currently pursuing a Master's in a related field, this is your chance to assist in survey design and report writing while working with a collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the research library's organization

• Analyze data from various prototype studies

• Create survey questionnaires and screeners

• Draft reports and discussion content

• Juggle multiple projects effectively

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a Master's or MBA program

• Passion for data analysis and adaptability

• Experience with Microsoft Suite;
Qualtrics knowledge beneficial

• Familiar with online gambling platforms

• Ability to work within a flexible team environment
