Manager of Analytical R&D Lab Automation

Lead the Analytical Research & Development team in a pharmaceutical setting focused on testing methods and lab automation. Enhance productivity and compliance with advanced methodologies in your role.

In this managerial position, you will direct the staff's activities while developing testing methods for drug substances and products. Your experience in pharmaceutical R&D, particularly in analytical chemistry, will ensure productivity improvement through lab automation. You will also review and approve regulatory submissions and technical reports, monitoring quality and efficiency in the lab.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Organic Chemistry or related scientific field

• 7+ years in pharmaceutical R&D, focusing on analytics

• Advanced knowledge of solid-state chemistry and GMP

• Strong understanding of regulatory guidelines such as FDA

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
