Become a vital part of the Rotman Research Institute as a Research Assistant I. This full-time role in Toronto focuses on participant engagement, data entry, and supporting vital neurodegenerative research.
The Rotman Research Institute is hiring a Research Assistant I to support projects under the Canadian Consortium on Neurodegeneration in Aging (CCNA). You will assist with the COMPASS-ND study, aimed at understanding neurodegenerative conditions. Key responsibilities include participant recruitment, maintaining study logs, and data entry while ensuring adherence to study protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
• Work closely with study participants and follow protocols
• Recruit and engage participants via phone and email
• Enter study data from source documents into LORIS
• Assist with study visits and monitor participant safety
• Maintain logs and support REB submissions
Requirements:
• B.A. /B.Sc. in Psychology, Neuroscience, or Health Sciences
• 6-12 months of relevant research experience
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in standard office software
• Experience with Alzheimer’s or Dementia is a plus
