As a Research Associate I, you will collaborate with leading scientists to manage various research studies and projects.

Your role involves designing and implementing studies, conducting qualitative interviews, and managing data collection processes. You will maintain high standards of data quality and regulatory compliance while supporting research dissemination efforts through reports and presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute technology evaluations using validated frameworks

• Facilitate qualitative research with key stakeholders

• Conduct quantitative data collection and analysis

• Develop surveys and data instruments in REDCap

• Prepare research ethics applications and amendments

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in a relevant field

• At least 2 years of qualitative research experience

• Familiarity with health technology platforms

• Strong project management capabilities

• Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences
