Principal Researcher in Real World Evidence

Cytel Inc. is seeking a Principal Researcher to enhance real-world evidence in health research. This role focuses on comparative effectiveness, project leadership, and fostering client partnerships.

As a strategic contributor, you will manage multiple projects, leading a team of RWE experts including statisticians and epidemiologists. Your responsibilities will span from client engagement to delivering impactful research findings on real-world comparative effectiveness studies. Your technical expertise will play a vital role in evolving our research methodologies and training junior staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client projects for effective delivery on time and budget

• Mentor junior team members and help meet their development goals

• Identify and integrate relevant evaluation methods and techniques

• Develop code for complex statistical methods

• Enhance client relationships and seek follow-up work opportunities

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Epidemiology, Biostatistics, or related field

• 12-15 years of experience in RWE or health research

• Expertise in causal inference methods and large healthcare databases

• Strong programming skills in R

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
