This level A position aims to significantly advance research within a five-year Laureate Fellow project funded by UNSW and the Australian Research Council. As a Postdoctoral Fellow, your work will encompass functional analysis, operator theory, machine learning, and applications in analyzing complex spatiotemporal data. Collaborate with a vibrant academic community to contribute to publications and project development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop advanced theories in dynamical systems
• Implement algorithms for data-driven analysis
• Collaborate on publications in leading journals
• Conduct timely research analysis and reporting
• Supervise and mentor PhD students
Requirements:
• PhD in Mathematics or related discipline
• Strong track record in research publications
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Experience in Julia and/or Matlab programming
• Commitment to UNSW’s values and safety policies
