Contribute to impactful research in implementation science as a Senior Research Fellow s full-time role provides leadership and technical expertise in bridging evidence and practice for real-world improvements.
At UNSW's Kensington campus, you will play a vital role in developing and managing a nationally recognized implementation science research program. This position emphasizes strong leadership skills in scientific methodology and collaboration with diverse stakeholders. Your contributions will enhance the Adoption of evidence-based practices, improving health outcomes and informing policy decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead implementation science research projects from idea to completion
• Provide scientific leadership across multiple research initiatives
• Mentor research staff and supervise students
• Foster relationships with healthcare and government partners
• Assist in grant applications and publication development
Requirements:
• PhD in related discipline or equivalent experience
• Proven track record in implementation science
• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Commitment to research excellence and collaboration
