Position Summary:
Research Technician III serves as wet-lab lead for recombinant protein production and ensuring the technical alignment of the protein production team. This is a senior bench-focused role responsible for the daily execution of experiments, material logistics, and data integrity.
Duties
Collect and record experimental data, ensuring accuracy and rigorous quality control assessments on production batches.
Prepare, assemble, and set up equipment, reagents, and supplies for protein production workflows.
Proactively manage the lifecycle of laboratory consumables, identifying procurement needs and stocking requirements before they impact production timelines.
Organize routine equipment checks, CIP procedures, and notify the lab manager of any issues.
Prepare and present summaries of production runs and QC and enforce traceability standards for the labeling and storage of biological samples
Serve as the primary point of contact for the documentation and logistics for material transfers
Contribute to maintaining a safe and orderly work environment.
