You will manage research initiatives for three Principal Investigators while developing protocols and overseeing all research operations. Your expertise in statistical analysis, qualitative and quantitative methods will drive significant outcomes and quality improvements in clinical studies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage research programs for multiple Principal Investigators

• Develop and coordinate study protocols and plans

• Submit and manage REB and grant applications

• Recruit study participants for clinical research

• Conduct statistical analysis and write/edit manuscripts

Requirements:

• PhD or PhD candidate in relevant field

• Experience in education and simulation research

• Ability to supervise and work independently

• Competency in grant writing

• Previous clinical hospital experience preferred
