As a key member of Apotex's R&D team, you'll be responsible for leading projects, developing testing strategies, and guiding junior chemists. Engage in complex analytical tasks and ensure compliance with GMP standards while generating detailed scientific reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead new product development (NPD) projects and teams

• Establish specifications for physical property testing

• Validate and develop testing methods for R&D

• Provide expert advice on polymorphic forms and particle sizes

• Evaluate and enhance laboratory efficiency across analytical procedures

Requirements:

• BSc with 7 years or MSc with 5 years in R&D

• Advanced knowledge of analytical/physical chemistry

• Experience in peptides preferred

• Excellent communication skills required

• Strong teamwork and independent problem-solving abilities
