You'll lead junior chemists while developing and validating methods using state-of-the-art instruments. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead new product development projects and junior chemists

• Evaluate and respond to deficiency letters with testing strategies

• Develop and validate testing methods for R&D and commercial release

• Create specifications related to physical properties

• Provide technical expertise on polymorphic forms and particle size

Requirements:

• BSc with 7 years, MSc with 5 years, or PhD with 3 years in relevant field

• Advanced knowledge in analytical and physical chemistry

• Experience in pharmaceutical solid dosage forms preferred

• Excellent communication skills in written and verbal formats

• Strong problem-solving abilities in analytical techniques
