You will collaborate closely with senior scientists to help develop new food products and technologies. Key areas of focus will be hands-on experimentation, maintaining rigorous laboratory records, and supporting sensory evaluation activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in research and experimentation for new food products

• Evaluate raw materials and product formulations

• Maintain detailed laboratory records and prepare documentation

• Support plant trials and sensory panel evaluations

• Operate laboratory and kitchen equipment safely

Requirements:

• Diploma in Food Science or related program

• 1-3 years of R&D or Food Science experience

• Experience with food manufacturing equipment

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• Hands-on experience with food applications and formulations
