Pediatric Nephrology Faculty Position at SickKids

Sick Kids is seeking a dedicated Clinician Scientist or Clinician Investigator to join its Division of Nephrology. This permanent position focuses on childhood kidney diseases and requires a Ph.D. or equivalent. Candidates will lead collaborative multi-centre studies and engage patients and families in the research process to enhance health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead research initiatives in pediatric nephrology

• Supervise and teach graduate students

• Collaborate across various university departments

• Develop an innovative research program

• Contribute to national and international research networks

Requirements:

• MD or equivalent degree required

• Strong track record in clinical research

• Experience in patient-centered research design

• Ability to sustain an externally funded research program

• Eligible for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario
