Your role will enhance research operations and support diverse forensic projects.
At CAMH, the Forensic Psychiatry Research Division seeks a full-time Research Manager to steer ongoing activities and improve team collaboration. You will oversee the recruitment and training of staff while managing fiscal responsibilities and monitoring key performance metrics. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to mental health research at Canada’s leading health center.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and facilitate research study operations
• Direct recruitment, training, and daily team supervision
• Monitor compliance with REB and regulatory standards
• Coordinate new and ongoing research projects
• Support grant writing and protocol submissions
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in relevant clinical research field
• At least three years’ clinical research operations experience
• Knowledge of hospital/grant accounting and reporting
• Experience managing staff in a clinical environment
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
