Position: Director of Research & Impact with Indspire
Drive impactful research at Indspire, located in Six Nations or Toronto, ON. This role emphasizes leadership in Indigenous-focused research and community engagement.
Indspire is on the lookout for a Director of Research & Impact to manage research infrastructure and lead a multidisciplinary team. This position is central to implementing a strategic research agenda that supports student success and community empowerment. You will be instrumental in fostering partnerships and translating research findings into accessible formats for advocacy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct the implementation of the research strategic plan

• Mentor a diverse research team for excellence

• Build partnerships with academic and Indigenous communities

• Oversee ethical compliance and data privacy standards

• Lead knowledge mobilization to share research findings
Requirements:

• Advanced degree in research-related fields; doctoral preferred

• 5–7 years of experience in leadership roles

• Deep understanding of Indigenous cultures and methodologies

• Proficient in program evaluation and data analysis

• Proven collaboration skills across diverse groups
