Position: Lead AI Research & Ecosystems at BMO
Drive impactful AI research as the Lead Director of Research & Ecosystems s hybrid role is vital for developing strategic partnerships and guiding innovative AI solutions in industry.
Your leadership will support the Chief AI and Data Officer in promoting research initiatives while collaborating with various stakeholders. By establishing robust innovation ecosystems with academia, you’ll ensure BMO remains at the forefront of AI advancement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee AI and Data research strategy and publication

• Serve as an advisor for innovation initiatives

• Cultivate partnerships across academia and industry

• Lead BMO’s presence at industry events and seminars

• Analyze AI trends to leverage partnerships
Requirements:

• Master’s Degree or PhD in Artificial Intelligence

• 10+ years in AI research leadership

• Strong verbal and written communication expertise

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

• Proven ability to influence and collaborate
