Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain organized, efficient lab work spaces

• Implement and manage shelf-life studies

• Produce and label product samples accurately

• Support purchasing and administrative tasks

• Facilitate lab audits and ensure compliance

Requirements:

• At least 1 year experience in laboratory or food settings

• Relevant post-secondary diploma or degree

• Proficient in MS Office Suite

• Knowledge of sensory and product development is helpful

• Travel flexibility between manufacturing sites
