Lyft is looking for a qualitative User Experience Research Intern to enhance our offerings for drivers and riders. This internship is ideal for Master’s or PhD candidates in relevant fields who want mentorship from experienced researchers and the chance to work alongside Design, Product Management, and Engineering teams. Engage in various research methods while contributing to real user-facing products.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and conduct studies independently and collaboratively
• Utilize ethnographic, diary studies, and usability testing
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data for strategic insights
• Generate actionable recommendations for product improvements
• Maintain meticulous organization across research initiatives
Requirements:
• Pursuing a Master's or PhD in related fields
• Available for Summer 2027 in Toronto
• Extraordinary organizational and analytical skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proven research coordination experience
