As a dedicated Research Ethics Coordinator, you will oversee submissions to the Research Ethics Board, ensuring they meet stringent ethical and scientific standards. This role requires excellent organizational skills to manage workflows and electronic file systems. Collaborating with investigators and regulatory bodies, you will foster compliance and uphold the integrity of UHN's research initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the review process for all REB submissions

• Provide guidance and liaise with REB members and investigators

• Document discussions and maintain complete records

• Maintain electronic document filing and archiving

• Actively participate in REB meetings and discussions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a health or life sciences field

• At least five years of relevant clinical research experience

• Thorough understanding of research ethics and regulatory compliance

• Strong communication skills, both written and oral

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and REB systems
