Shape the future of healthcare as a Research Coordinator II hael's Hospital in Toronto. This full-time temporary role emphasizes leading research projects in Knowledge Translation to inform decision-making in healthcare.
In this role, you will conduct both quantitative and qualitative methodologies to support the Healing Knowledge Synthesis team. Responsibilities include coordinating project operations, maintaining study data integrity, and leading comprehensive systematic reviews while engaging with diverse interest holders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Knowledge Synthesis initiatives including environmental scans
• Prepare detailed statistical plans and data sets
• Manage logistics and protocols for research activities
• Communicate results to stakeholders through presentations
• Draft and review grant proposals for research support
Requirements:
• 3 years relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree
• Familiarity with research ethics boards and funding applications
• Strong writing skills for technical documentation
• Understanding of KS methods and tools
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications and research software
