As a Senior R&D Formulation Chemist, you'll oversee product innovation from concept to commercial scale across personal care categories. The role requires 7+ years of expertise in formulating complex systems and developing manufacturing processes while ensuring compliance with GLP/GMP standards. Collaborating with various teams, you will contribute to translating scientific ideas into market-ready products.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive development of new and innovative cosmetic formulas
• Formulate complex delivery systems independently
• Create and troubleshoot clear compounding instructions
• Track project timelines and ensure data integrity
• Present stability data to cross-functional partners
Requirements:
• Minimum 7 years of experience in formulation
• Experience with a range of cosmetic products
• Degree in Chemistry or related field
• Knowledge of surficants and emulsion stability
• Deep understanding of GLP and GMP
