United Way Greater Toronto seeks a Manager to lead research and evaluation initiatives, applying extensive knowledge of qualitative and quantitative methods. With a focus on social and systems change, you will conceptualize research proposals, perform analyses using ArcGIS, and ensure that projects align with Equity and Reconciliation goals. Your expertise will help direct community-focused decisions and influence public policy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate social change research and evaluation projects
• Develop project proposals and budget estimates
• Conduct spatial analysis using ArcGIS
• Implement monitoring and evaluation theories of change
• Provide guidance on research plans and data analysis
Requirements:
• 3-5 years in social science research and evaluation
• Master’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
• Proficient in qualitative and quantitative methods
• Experience with ArcGIS and statistical analysis
• Knowledge of community services in GTA
