Reporting to the Engagement Research Manager, the Senior Research Analyst position emphasizes solutions-driven insights, allowing you to utilize qualitative and quantitative analyses for high-quality memos and materials. Engage in rigorous research covering corporate governance, sustainability, and financial analysis tailored for institutional investors and company engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare decision-useful research materials, memos, and presentations

• Identify risk-related issues for investor engagements

• Conduct fundamental analyses of companies and sectors

• Design research frameworks on climate and governance

• Review market news relevant to corporate governance

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of strategic research experience

• Master’s degree or equivalent experience

• Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative analysis

• Strong communication and narrative writing skills

• Knowledge of Canadian corporate governance and climate issues
