The Gattuso Centre for Social Medicine seeks a skilled Research Analyst for its temporary full-time position. With a focus on marginalized groups, the role involves data collection, program evaluation, and participant recruitment. You will support project reporting and collaborate with the Social Medicine Program to enhance health services for complex patients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Recruit and consent study participants for evaluations
• Administer surveys and conduct interviews for data collection
• Track project progress and communicate updates to teams
• Assist with research administrative tasks as needed
• Collaborate with colleagues on program evaluation activities
Requirements:
• Community college diploma in a health-related discipline
• At least 1 year experience in community-based research
• Strong interpersonal skills for diverse team environments
• Good problem solving in patient-facing settings
• Familiarity with research tools like REDCap is a plus
