UHN seeks a Data Coordinator for a temporary full-time, one-year contract in the Research Department. Reporting to a Senior Scientist, you will support a pan-Canadian non-small cell lung cancer study. The work involves clinical data management, database development, and collaboration with study teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain REDCap databases and data dictionaries
Clean data, assess quality, and generate data queries
Develop pipelines merging databases into REDCap
Coordinate data access, entry, and ongoing collection
Create datasets for reporting and analysis
Requirements:
Three-year college program in science, health, or related field
Over one year of related practical experience
Health data or health information management experience
Experience using R or Python for data analysis
Strong critical thinking and attention to detail
Apply clinical research, REDCap, and data quality skills supporting UHN’s lung cancer research at Princess Margaret.
