Barista, Fine Dining- C Square

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso, tea, and other beverages with consistency, accuracy, and care
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of coffee, tea, and related beverage offerings, including brewing techniques, flavor profiles, and presentation standards
• Ensure beverages meet quality standards for taste, temperature, and presentation
• Support front-of-house service flow by coordinating with servers and other team members
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of the beverage station
• Monitor inventory and notify management of stock needs proactively
• Uphold professional appearance, composure, and service standards at all times
• Collaborate with the broader service and support teams to ensure smooth operations

• 3-5 years prior experience in a coffee, café, or fine-dining beverage environment preferred
• Strong technical knowledge of espresso machines, coffee brewing, and beverage preparation
• Professional, composed demeanor with clear and respectful communication
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform efficiently under pressure
• Team-oriented mindset with pride in supporting seamless service
• Available weekdays, weekends, evenings and holidays as needed
• Legally eligible to work in Canada
