Working with your manager, the physical inventory team and various business partners, the physical inventory analyst will be responsible for the physical inventory reconciliation process for RONA Inc. corporate stores.

• Do a complete analysis for each count.
• Work with different business partners to solve the various problems found during the analysis.
• Work with store management and Asset protection and operations teams to confirm quantities.
• Analyze all responses and make corrections.
• Proceed with final posting and send all documentation to operations and finance.
• Communicate any operational issue detected during the analysis to the different teams.
• Pay external vendor invoices on the system and do the necessary follow-ups.
• Create the annual physical inventory schedule, do the necessary follow-ups throughout the year with the external vendor.
• The analyst can work remotely.

• College/university diploma (or equivalent) in finance, administration, or a related field.
• Written and oral communication skills in French and English (required).
• 2–5 years related experience in analysis and inventory management.
• Self‑motivated and result oriented with a focus on delivering high‑quality work.
• Strong ability to analyze data and make recommendations.
• Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork and collaboration with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to work under pressure in a rapidly growing and rapidly changing environment.
• Excellent knowledge of IT tools including Excel, MMS, SODA, and business analytic tools (Tableau).
• Organizational skills, thoroughness, self‑direction, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
