Position: Beauty Advisor - Charlotte Tilbury - Holt Renfrew Yorkdale

An ambassador for the Charlotte Tilbury brand, the Beauty Advisor will reflect the brand values and customer base.

Responsible for achieving optimal financial results by maximizing top line sales potential and ensuring superior service to our customers.

MAIN

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Sales
  • Drive financial results in store to meet and exceed plan, including Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as Average Unit Sales (AUS) and Items Per Transaction (IPT).
  • Communicate and manage agreed goals.
  • Be a specialist among retail artistry brands, demonstrating entrepreneurial spirit within company guidelines.
  • Customer Service
  • Manage customer queries with sound judgment to achieve positive outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the Account Executive and Area Trainer for team training and development to meet Charlotte Tilbury standards in service and artistry.
  • Extend exceptional customer service beyond the in-store experience.
  • Team and Business Management
  • Proactively anticipate staffing needs, sourcing and selecting talent, including a bench for freelance and permanent staff.
  • Set individual and team sales targets to meet and exceed plans.
  • Analyze business performance and plan strategies accordingly.
  • Promote the Tilbury Touch consistently to the team and customers.
  • Lead by example to promote exceptional customer service and the Tilbury Touch.
  • Foster open, positive communication and professionalism through team meetings and collaborative management.
  • Operational Standards
  • Ensure the counter is 'customer ready' at all times.
  • Maintain inventory levels and accurate stock records.
  • Implement visual merchandising, new launch displays, and collateral as directed.
  • Maintain technology on the counter.
  • Raise operational issues promptly for resolution.
  • Store and Partner Relationships
  • Develop respectful relationships with store retail operations.
  • Schedule team coverage according to customer flow.
  • Maintain high standards of counter hygiene and store policies at all times.
