Description
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability across the district.Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and areas for improvement.Provide leadership and guidance to store managers, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to meet their goals.Conduct regular store visits to assess operational standards, visual merchandising, and customer service.Implement and maintain company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.Drive a customer-centric culture by consistently delivering exceptional customer service.Recruit, train, and develop store management teams, focusing on talent acquisition and succession planning.Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration.Effectively communicate with the regional management team, sharing insights, challenges, and opportunities.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Marketing and HR, to execute company initiatives.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and legal requirements.Requirements
5+ years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in a multi-store or district manager capacity.Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.Solid understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach.Proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans.Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and retail management systems.Corporate Culture
