What You Will Be Doing

Management Support:
You support the Store Manager in managing day‑to‑day operations, coaching, and developing team members to positively impact growth and create best‑in‑class customer experiences.

Customer Engagement:
Enhance the retail experience by providing best‑in‑class service and value‑added solutions to our customers through promoting Rogers & Fido brands including Rogers Mastercard.

Sales Delivery:
Achieve sales goals within a dynamic and supportive team environment.

Brand Representative:
You represent Rogers and Fido brands in‑store and at your local community events to support local small businesses.

Your Qualifications

Ability to build rapport and coach team members to create best‑in‑class customer experiences and meet business sales targets through clear and effective verbal communication.

Strong commitment to delivering best‑in‑class customer experiences.

Experience with retail operations, including scheduling, merchandising execution, inventory adherence to compliance standards and adapting to dynamic environments.

You can provide 40 hours availability weekly, including evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays to meet customer demand and maintain strong performance results during peak times.
