Responsibilities

Establish and maintain Guest Services.

Support the Store Manager in overall store operations to maximize sales and profitability.

Develop staff, control expenses and shrinkage, manage merchandising and inventory in accordance with company policies.

Requirements

Minimum age 18.

Physical demands: 8+ hours standing/walking, climbing ladders, lifting up to 50 lbs.

Prior retail and/or management experience required.

Ability to work up to 38 hours per week.

English language proficiency.
