Position: Aerie - Brand Ambassador (Sales Associate)
Aerie - Brand Ambassador (Sales Associate)  – American Eagle Outfitters Inc.
Pay Range: $17.60 – $19.36 per hour (base pay; actual pay based on skills and experience).
Responsibilities   Use the AEO Selling Model to engage guests, helping them find exactly what they need with a "friends first" mindset.
Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and enthusiastically suggest fitting items.
Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
Adapt to any area of the store – Sales floor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, or Stockroom – as required.
Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
Support the team and contribute to a collaborative environment.
Demonstrate integrity by following AEO policies and procedures.
Ideal Candidate   Enjoys interacting with people.
Energetic and capable of multitasking in a fast‑paced environment.
Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Loves AE and Aerie products.
Has prior retail experience.
Minimum age 16.
