Responsibilities

As a part-time Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day. Your goal is to provide everyone who comes in the store with an amazing shopping experience.

You are the face of our company and you are proud of it. You love the products and are passionate about building brand loyalty with every guest.

You represent our company values and bring your REAL self to work every day.

Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find exactly what they are looking for, with a "friends first" mindset.

Educate guests on product details and make product suggestions to fit their needs.

Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests.

Flex between the Sales floor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.

Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.

Collaborate with the team to get the job done.

Maintain integrity by following AEO's policies & procedures.

Qualifications

You love interacting with people.

You are energetic and can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

You are available to work when guests shop (evenings, weekends & holidays).

You love AE and Aerie products.

You have retail experience (preferred).

You are at least 16 years of age.
