Salary: $$Responsibilities:Assist all customers quickly and professionally providing exemplary customer serviceKey/process customer orders received via phone, email, fax or in person, providing customer follow up as required to ensure customer needs are met or exceededActively participate and engage in on-going product knowledge training sessionsEnsure accurate billing and balance the daily transactionsOrdering replenishment product as requiredVarious clerical tasksMaintain merchandising and stock shelvesGeneral housekeepingPick/fill orders as requiredOther duties as assignedQualifications:Minimum – years of order desk experience working in the food/ manufacturing industryStrong negotiation and relationship building skills, problem-solving skillsDetail-oriented, flexible and highly motivated with a strong work ethic and effective time-management and organizational skills, multitaskingTime management skills, able to prioritize, capable of working under pressureProfessional appearance with a drive for creating an exceptional customer experienceStrong interpersonal and communication skillsTeam player with the ability to collaborate with other team members and maintain a positive work environmentMicrosoft Word & ExcelStrong attention-to-detailPunctual and dependableIf you meet the above qualifications, please
