We are looking for a
Made to Measure Client Service Administrator
to join our Store team. In this role you’ll:
Provide back-up and cross functional support assistance to team members as neededAttend and participate in associate meetingsAssist with markdowns and price changesAssist with inventory and order of store suppliesTrain new hires on POS procedures and best practicesEnsure on-going communication with store leadershipDeliver consistent and exceptional service through brand standardsWell-versed in all areas of POS and Client SystemsAssist with the administration of the MTM programMaintain the integrity of the MTM filing systemsAccurately enter information for MTM orders for multiple brandsCheck for and note any sold out MTM fabricsThe successful candidate will have:
2 years+ of retail experience with administrative capacity in managing client servicesA focus on driving long-term customer loyalty and conversion and elevating both the in-store and online customer experience)Our menswear retail environment includes working within various departments such as sportswear, footwear, accessories, outerwear, tailored clothing and made-to-measure. Experience in the retail industry is preferred.A strong service orientation – a demonstrated desire to wow our customers!Detail orientedDemonstrated interest in technology and how to use tech innovations to support the retail Customer Service functionThe ability to work effectively as part of a teamStrong multi-tasking skills and the ability to calmly and efficiently manage, acknowledge and assist a long line of customers waiting for serviceStrong communication skillsWhat are the perks of the job?
