We are looking for a
Made to Measure Client Service Administrator
to join our Store team. In this role you’ll:

  • Provide back-up and cross functional support assistance to team members as needed
  • Attend and participate in associate meetings
  • Assist with markdowns and price changes
  • Assist with inventory and order of store supplies
  • Train new hires on POS procedures and best practices
  • Ensure on-going communication with store leadership
  • Deliver consistent and exceptional service through brand standards
  • Well-versed in all areas of POS and Client Systems
  • Assist with the administration of the MTM program
  • Maintain the integrity of the MTM filing systems
  • Accurately enter information for MTM orders for multiple brands
  • Check for and note any sold out MTM fabrics
  • The successful candidate will have:

  • 2 years+ of retail experience with administrative capacity in managing client services
  • A focus on driving long-term customer loyalty and conversion and elevating both the in-store and online customer experience)
  • Our menswear retail environment includes working within various departments such as sportswear, footwear, accessories, outerwear, tailored clothing and made-to-measure. Experience in the retail industry is preferred.
  • A strong service orientation – a demonstrated desire to wow our customers!
  • Detail oriented
  • Demonstrated interest in technology and how to use tech innovations to support the retail Customer Service function
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Strong multi-tasking skills and the ability to calmly and efficiently manage, acknowledge and assist a long line of customers waiting for service
