As a baker at COBS Bread, you will be baking from scratch in a friendly, team-oriented environment. With no prior experience necessary, our comprehensive training program will equip you with the necessary skills to thrive in this role. Your efforts will help support local charities as we donate end-of-day goods, reflecting our commitment to community service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Bake a variety of goods each morning
• Accurately measure and mix ingredients
• Keep bakery space clean and organized
• Follow recipes and troubleshoot as needed
• Assist teammates to enhance customer experience
Requirements:
• Early morning availability and flexibility
• Strong organizational and teamwork skills
• Physical ability to lift and carry up to 22 kg
• Passion for contributing to community welfare
• Eligibility to work in Canada
