Summary
The Team Manager leads store teams to achieve business and people performance goals, partnering with the Store Manager to drive sales and client development in a luxury retail environment. This role focuses on coaching, team development, visual merchandising and delivering exceptional client service while overseeing daily store operations. The Team Manager must be commercially minded and adaptable to a fast-paced, evolving retail setting.
Responsibilities- Lead and develop the sales team through coaching, training and performance management
- Drive client and business development using clienteling and targeted sales initiatives
- Provide selling and on-floor leadership to meet sales targets and deliver exceptional service
- Implement visual merchandising and action plans to enhance product performance
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure adherence to service and operational standards
- Proven people leadership and coaching skills with a strong client-centric focus
- Commercial mindset with an understanding of the luxury and local market
- Experience in luxury retail and the ability to perform in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent communication, presentation and organizational abilities
