This permanent part-time position requires you to create unique and authentic customer interactions, showcasing your passion for natural products. You’ll set high standards for customer service and support teammates, ensuring a positive in-store experience. Your responsibilities include providing feedback to management and addressing customer concerns promptly, all while driving sales and revenue metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exemplary customer service aligned with Rocky’s standards

• Foster team spirit through knowledge sharing and support

• Ensure in-store presentation meets defined brand standards

• Address customer complaints with intent and awareness

• Report product quality issues to maintain brand integrity

Requirements:

• Proven retail experience in extreme customer service

• Passion for natural products and sharing knowledge

• Available for evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Flexibility with a minimum of 15 hours per week

• Legal authorization to work in Canada
