In this permanent, full-time role, you will support the Store Manager by ensuring all operational areas function smoothly. Key responsibilities will involve staff supervision, inventory control, and customer service resolution. Essential skills include cash management and compliance with health and safety regulations, ensuring an inviting shopping environment for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direction and support to store staff
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Handle customer complaints in an effective manner
• Plan and implement store promotions and sales
• Assist with staff scheduling and meetings
Requirements:
• At least two years of retail experience in relevant sectors
• Experience with cash registers and financial duties
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
